Introduction
This Guest Access Agreement outlines the conditions under which guest users may access the IMC Moodle learning management system (“Moodle” or “the Site”). Guest access is a privilege granted by International Management College (IMC), part of TOP Education Group, for the limited purpose of viewing authorised public content or approved demonstration materials. By proceeding to use the Site as a guest, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this Agreement and all relevant IMC policies, as well as applicable Australian laws.-
Purpose of Guest Access
Guest access is intended to support public information, demonstrations, temporary viewing of sample course materials, external partner review, or other approved non-enrolled user needs. You must not attempt to access restricted areas, login-required content, private courses, assessment materials, or staff-only pages. You must not attempt to log in using another user’s account, create unauthorised accounts, or impersonate an IMC user in any way. -

Privacy and Data Collection
While guest users do not authenticate using an IMC account, the system may collect technical and usage information including device details, IP address, browser type, session activity, and navigation patterns. This information is collected for system performance, security, and compliance purposes and is managed under the IMC Privacy Policy, Australian Privacy Principles, and IMC Information Security Policy. -

Guest users must not engage in any actions that could compromise the security, operation, or stability of the Moodle system. Any attempt to scan, probe, exploit, or interfere with the Site is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate access termination and reporting to relevant authorities. -
Limitations of Guest Access
Guest access may be restricted, modified, or disabled at any time without prior notice. IMC does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any content provided via guest access. IMC is not responsible for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from guest access limitations or changes. -
