Dear Student,
As you may know from my previous message, due to University of Sydney Library Card processing change, student has to apply Library Card individually. Students can apply for the card by email.
We have helped some students for their applications, and we encourage all our students to apply and use Fisher Library.
The documents you need to provide to University of Sydney Library are:
* Application Form (You've provided to School, we can help you to scan the document)
* One Photo (We already have the photo and you don't need to provide)
* ID Copy (We already have your ID copy when you applied)
* Two forms of proof of address (e.g. bank statement, electricity bill, rates notice) (If you only have the paper statements, we can make the scan for you. These are the only documents you need to prepare for application)
Students who have filled application forms of University of Sydney Library Card, please come to our Library located on Level 1 to meet Lotte in person for further information.
For students who apply the Library Card successfully (Community Borrower Card, 6 Month, $80), we will pay $80 application fees for you, and plus $20 bonus of printing credit in your student ID card.
From TOP to Fisher Library only take 10mins for walk, and there are free shuttle buses (5 times a day) in front of Biomedical to Fisher Library. For the bus timetable please click the following link: http://sydney.edu.au/current_students/transport_safety/campus-bus.shtml
For student who has got the library card, we welcome you provide your feedback of using Fisher Library experience to us. For student who is applying the card, we look forward to hearing your voice.
If you have any questions in relation to this issue, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Regards,
