Dear Students

With the fear and uncertainty brought on by  COVID-19, and calls for social distancing and self- isolation, many people are experiencing increased anxiety and loneliness. To help you cope with COVID-19 related stress and maintain your mental health, the Library is bringing you an Online Information Hub.

The Hub contains guides, guidelines, solutions and care plans to combat COVID-19 related stress. It deals with issues such as

  • Mental health
  • Public health
  • Behavioural health
  • Coping with Anxiety
  • Stress Reduction
  • Fatigue
  • Depression

They are evidence-based educational resources that pertain to the safety and precautions about the Novel Coronavirus virus. Based on research and peer reviewed journals, articles and podcasts, the information is easy to understand and actionable.
