Dear Students

To welcome you to the New Term and to support your learning, the Library has added new content and new resources. It has placed the most requested resources and information front and centre for your easy access.

For a start, you might want to know how to access databases. It is the most often asked question from students. To access, you need a valid Username and Password issued by the IT Department. If you are not sure about your Username and Password, please contact  ITsupport@imc.edu.au. For further details, check out Accessing Library Databases

The second most often asked question from students is how to buy e-texts. E-texts are easy to access, cheaper than printed books and have many advantages. You can download purchase details from Ebooks.

Once you have access to databases and books, you can explore Top Tips for Online Learning. They are pointers on how to succeed in Online Study, Online Courses and communicating with  peers and lecturers.

There are Online Learning Tools to help you study more effectively and to ace your subjects. These tools include apps and software that will help you organise your work, team projects and assignments. They help you keep track of tasks and to-do-lists and manage schedules and diaries.

For quick links to take you to important and pertinent resources in one location, look for Online Study Support.
