Dear Students,
The final exam will be held from 03/06/2013 to 07/06/2013. Any student who requests for re-sit/supplementary exam for the subjects which are held in this semester, you are eligible to sit with final test.
Please note if you are eligible for re-sit/supplementary exam but have not attended re-sit/supplementary exam in the previous semesters, you must register for this test. If your results are pending due to fail the subject or absenteeism to final exam, you must sit in re-sit/supplementary in the following semester. Otherwise, you will not have a second chance to re-sit.
Please follow the following steps to register re-sit/supplementary exam: If you absented from the final exam: please bring your official evidence (i.e. doctor certificate) and come to Academic office in BAY 16 to fill the application form. Afterwards, please come back to Boris to submit the application form.
If you failed the subject and your total result is over 30: please come to Academic office to fill the application form. After that please come to Admin office and make the payment $400 as supplementary fee. After payment, Lily, human resource and financial manager, will stamp on your application form, which you need to bring back to the academic office and submit it to Boris.
Please submit the request at your first convenience before the exam, otherwise your name will not be on the exam list.
