- You will not be enrolling in the upcoming semester (e.g. 7-week non-award course students and 14-week cross institute study students); or
- You have paid your tuition fee in full amount for the upcoming semester and have received confirmation from TOP that your payment has been received.
Dear Continuing Student,
2019 Term 3 will commence on the 2nd December 2019 and end on the 21th February 2019. Please note that the tuition fee for Term 3 2019 will be due on the 6th December 2019 (Friday). For students who are not required to enroll in this term and/or do not intend to enroll in this term, your tuition fee due date for Term 1 2020 will be the 3rd April 2019. For more information, please refer to https://www.top.edu.au/current-students/key-dates.
Please arrange full payment(s) of your tuition fee before the 6th December 2019 and send the payment evidence to fees@top.edu.au with your student number provided (which is especially important for students whose tuition are paid from their friends or family's bank account on their behalf). Without the payment evidence or the student number provided, your tuition fee payment might be allocated to another student which would impact your enrolment for the upcoming semester.
In regard to tuition fee amount, please refer to your offer or https://www.top.edu.au/future-students/fees for more information. The available payment methods can be found in the attachment.
For any unpaid tuition fees after the due date of the 6th December 2019, a late payment fee will be charged. The late penalty fee is calculated as AUD 100.00 plus AUD 5 for each business day after the due date stated above.
Please kindly note that late payment may also lead to the cancellation of enrolment, restricted access to learning resources and/or the release of end of semester results.
